Registry Account Type *

To register or re-register a business entity (company, business name, association, business group or foreign investor certification) click on the “Set up a business entity account” button above. Most people will not need a PPSA registry account. The PPSA registry is for lenders who hold a charge over movable property as collateral for a loan, or for businesses that sell goods on credit. Whichever account you select, please provide all details for the organization or individual applying for the account below. You will also be required to scan and upload a government-issued photo ID for the account administrator. The Account Name should be the organization or individual name of the client.

You will be required to designate a Security Administrator for the account. This user will maintain all associated user and general account information, and will be the point of contact for communications with the registry. Once successfully created, the Security Administrator will be able to add individual user accounts to the client account for authorized personnel to conduct routine business in the registry.
