BUSINESS GROUPS INCORPORATION

1. The Business Groups Incorporation Act Chapter 144 provides for:-

(a) The incorporation of customary groups for business and other economic purposes and

(b) The control and regulation of the conduct of business by such groups, and for related purposes.
