Refund Policy

The Companies Office will refund your transaction fee under the following circumstances;

    •  If you believe you were given incorrect information by us and subsequently fail to meet a timeframe, or lodged a wrong form or paid an incorrect fee; or if we have made a mistake when processing a document.
    • If for any other reason you did not complete your incorporation application and wish to start the process again, the Companies Office will refund the incorporation fee if you supply details of the new completed incorporation application.

Please be careful when completing a process, or contact IPA Help Desk number on 3213900 or email if you are not sure about a lodgement or fee, as we cannot give refunds if you change your mind after we have processed the application.

Note : The name reservation fee will not be refunded as this service has already been provided.
