Yes.  The Enterprise should submit an appeal to the Minister through the IPA.  A fee of K200.00, payable in bank cheque to the Investment Promotion Authority is required.  The Authority will then provide a brief to the Minister for Commerce and Industry. An appeal is not restricted and applies to any other decision such as, Terms and Conditions; rejection of an application; and cancellation.
