There is no specific number of citizen staff to be employed for each proposal. 

The Authority will, however, scrutinize proposals to ensure that citizens are employed in accordance with its mandate per Section 1(e)(ii) and (iv) of the Investment Promotion Act.  These relate to promoting investments that will materially benefit the nation in creating employment or assist in skills acquisition.
