The first thing the Investor needs to do if it wants to establish and do business legally in Papua New Guinea is to incorporate  its company in PNG through the Registrar of Companies Office, Investment Promotion Authority. The Investor can either incorporate a new company or purchase an existing company. After the company has been incorporated, it then needs to be certified by the IPA.
