Types of EFF Accounts

 

The IPA offers two types of EFF Accounts

 

1.    EFF Basic Account

 

  • Document lodged via EFF will be treated the same as documents lodged at the IPA front counters.
  • All original certificates, acceptance and rejection notices and receipt of payment will be sent to account holders by normal  post.

2.   EFF Premium Account

 

  • A non-refundable subscription fee of K1,000.00 applies and is valid for one calendar year.
  • Premium EFF account holders will receive receipt of payment, acceptance and rejection notices by email.
  • In addition, original certificates, and other notices will be sent to the account holder(s) by normal post.
