Create an EFF Account in 4 simple steps

 

 

Step 1 - Choose / Download EFF Application Form

 

• Choose the type of EFF Account
• 1. EFF Basic Account
• 2. EFF Premium Account

Step 2 – Purchase Prepaid block

 

By purchasing a prepaid block, the client will automatically agree to the IPA's Terms and Conditions of EFF.  Basing on your EFF usage frequency, purchase a prepaid block worth

• K100,
• K200,
• K300,
• K500,
• K1000, or
• K3000

  How ??

 

 

   1. Deposit payment into the following IPA  bank account details:

 

BSP BANK                Account Name: Investment Promotion Authority
                                  Account Number: 1001323865
                                   Branch: Port Moresby

 

WESTPAC BANK         Account Name: Investment Promotion Authority
                                     Account Number: 295283
                                     Branch: Port Moresby

 

ANZ BANK                   Account Name: Investment Promotion Authority
                                     Account Number: 1150909
                                     Branch: Port Moresby

     2. Deposit chosen prepaid block value into IPA’s Account ,OR Telegraphic Transfer (TT) equivalent amount into IPA’s Account.

 

     3. For direct deposits and TT’s, the IPA will confirm transactions with the Bank and then proceed with official registration of application.

 

Step 3 Submission of completed Forms

 

 

     1. If paying via Telegraphic Transfers

 

     The completed form with evidence of payment (i.e. scanned proof) must be faxed to (675-3213049)

 

     2. If paying using Bank Cheques or Bank Drafts

 

     The completed form must be sent by registered post to the following address together with the bank cheque or draft

          Papua New Guinea

 

Step 4 IPA's response

 

If the application is approved, the IPA will issue an email acknowledgement to the client with the following details:-

 

          1. EFF registration number,
          2. EFF contact address,
          3. Current EFF Account balance, and
          4. The date of registration

 

If the application is not approved, the IPA will issue an email giving the reason(s) for non-approval.

Please note !

Application Form and Fee

Every application for registration for an EFF Account must be submitted to IPA by using the prescribed application form with the applicable fee.

Commencement of Registration

Registration of EFF account commences from the date when the application is accepted by IPA.

Access to EFF Services

Successful applicants for EFF Account registration will be given an EFF registration number together with an email address for the EFF account holder to access to the EFF services.
